My name is Giorgia and I am an architect, together with my family, by coming to live here, we have realized our dream of living in contact with nature, without giving up the comforts of a town. It is a flat and open place, ideal for couples and families, looking for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature, and as a base for visiting the lower Piedmont.
We wanted a house in the countryside, large and surrounded by greenery, that had a story to tell. The structure was already present in the mid-nineteenth century. In the twentieth century it was used both as peasant house and as a jack, the old blacksmith. It was a place where people lived and worked at the same time, a point of reference for the surrounding town. From this characteristic the building is recognized in the village with the name “Il Martinetto” and the adjacent road takes the name “via del Marti-netto”. The main body of the structure is the oldest one, identifiable by the workmanship of the brick cornice; over the years it has undergone many changes, at times completely disconnected from the typicality of the building, but which in any case reflected the habits of a period. My being an architect has certainly led the renovation to a dialogue between the rustic peculiarities of the building and the lines of a more modern home, leading to a modern and functional house in accordance with the historicity of the building.
In the B&B you will be welcomed by me and my family, made up of three “bipeds” and three “quadrupeds”. If you also want to bring your pet on vacation with you, it will be welcome, we are in fact organized to welcome your four-legged friends.

The property is connected to the A21 motorway. You will find us 13 km from the Asti Ovest exit and 14 km from the Villanova exit.
BY TRAIN
You can reach us comfortably by train, we are in fact only 2 km from the station of Villafranca Cantarana. The station includes 3 tracks with trains to Turin and Asti.
